    The best teams for Cyrene in Honkai Star Rail must contain characters that utilize her Memosprite’s skill. You would want to include Chryos Heirs in the party, as they each get access to a dedicated buff from the Remembrance unit. Unfortunately, this makes Cyrene incompatible for free-to-play composition.

    Honkai Star Rail’s Cyrene is an excellent sub-DPS for various teams. However, the one with Castorice stands out the most due to its high damage output. The 5-star unit is already a strong DPS in the game. With Cyrene’s ability to increase “Newbud” overflow, Castorice can nuke targets each turn.

    Hyacine is the main sustain character for the party, being able to consistently heal allies and unleash massive damage with follow-up attacks. She can also increase Castorice’s HP, enhancing the overall effectiveness of her kit. As for Evernight, she is another sub-DPS in the game who also inflicts Ice DMG and buffs allied Memosprite’s CRIT DMG.

    Another premium team for Cyrene employs Aglaea, Sunday, and Permansor Terrae. Here, Aglaea will take on the primary DPS role, launching powerful coordinated attacks with her Memosprite. Cyrene can boost their damage potential and cause their abilities to ignore the target’s DEF.

    You will want to use Sunday to provide Critical stats to Aglaea and advance her action forward. Permansor Terrae will keep the members protected during combat by offering powerful shields.

    3) Cyrene+ Mydei+ Tribbie+ Hyacine

    Lastly, you can pair Cyrene with Mydei to create a solid team composition that can tackle most end-game content. You will also need Tribbie and Hyacine for their support potential. Tribbie can inflict a big chunk of damage on targets with her follow-up ability and make opponents vulnerable to incoming attacks.

    Mydei pretty much has an auto gameplay, so you don’t really have to make any active decisions. However, you will need Hyacine’s assistance every now and then to replenish his HP, given that he trades his health for extra damage. Use Cyrene’s Memosprite skill to further bolster Hyacine’s healing potential and indirectly increase the team’s survivability.
