Kate Middleton gets exciting update after making emotional plea

Kate Middleton had been dedicatedly working on an important cause since she joined the royal family and now it seems she is finally being rewarded for her hardwork.

The Princess of Wales, who started the initiative Business Taskforce for Early Childhood with the Royal Foundation, has inspired major businesses to heed the pleas of the royal as they make major changes in their establishments.

The future queen, mum to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Princes Louis, has been urging business leaders to support new parents as part of her mission to transform attitudes towards early childhood.

An accountancy giant, Deloitte, which also member of the taskforce, announced a new paternity leave package for all UK employees which will give all new fathers at least six months off work. The new policy came into effect from January 2025 and will be offered to Deloitte employees from their first day on the job, via The Telegraph.

Previously, royal sources revealed that Kate’s charity, Early Childhood, is a “huge priority” for her and dubs it as her “life’s work”.

Taskforce chair Sir Ron Kalifa said that at The Royal Foundation, they are “deeply proud that over the past year, members of our taskforce have shown such strong leadership and risen to this challenge”.

“By continuing to work hand-in-hand, we have the chance to reimagine the role of business in society – not just as engines of economic activity, but as champions of childhood, wellbeing, and long-term societal health.”
